Blog #11: Up in the World

So, yesterday the tall ships festival docked in my city, and leading up to the three-day event you had carnival rides, games, all sorts being set up. I actually happen to work at the docks, so I got to see a lot of the preparations unfold. And after a week of watching the ferris wheel being built up, the moment came when I sat down on it (after forking over a fiver). However, there was a slight problem that I had initially unforeseen, that problem being that I had forgotten that I was afraid of heights.

Yep. I didn't freak out too loudly, like I didn't yell out or anything. I was alone, which was both good and unsettling. I'll be honest, I've been in worse predicaments. I managed to man up and get some decent photos. I'm really considering being a photographer while my art and writing career is just a hobby.

Still, Nova Force Go is coming along nicely! I've started chapter one, and I've began writing character intros that take place before the events of NFG. Think of them like prologues, I suppose.

Yeaaahhh... But seriously, I aim to post an intro regularly, at least once a week. Or at least, the prototype or an excerpt...
